Terms & Conditions of Advertising

By advertising with Big Venue Book Limited, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

DEFINITIONS

"You" means the user of the Site, "us", "we” and "our" means Big Venue Book Ltd, "Site" means the site on the World Wide Web located at www.bigvenuebook.com, and "Content" means the information and other material within the Site.

COST OF ADVERTISING

Costs and contract lengths may vary. Member venues may sign up to advertise on Big Venue Book Limitied for 12 months or on a month by month pay as you go option.

MEMBERSHIP

Each individual venue must have it’s own membership this will enable the venue to be listed and advertised as a separate entity. Groups of venues need to pay per venue listed and logins and admin access will be provided individually and/or at group level. As agreed when signing up on BigVenueBook.com.

CONTENT

From point of membership venue representatives will be given a user name and password to login into the relevant section of the site for venue members. This allows access to the venue admin area of the Site where venue members can upload the venue or venues agreed to be advertised relevant and requested information and images.

Once venues are live on Big Venue Book Limited Site the membership time period starts from that day and months are calendar months in length. Payment will collected once membership is live at the point Big Venue Book Ltd. advertising services are provided.

Big Venue Book Limited request that any content (text & images) you use to advertise your venue on our website are either owned by you or you have the required permission and rights to use such content. In uploading content to our website you take full responsibilty for the content any breach of copyright with third parties is your responsibility.

Big Venue Book Limited strictly require venues to use only images that represent the venue being advertised and that these images are a fair, real, true and current representation of the venue exterior or interior (or where applicable surrounding area e.g views if relevant and labelled clearly as such).

Big Venue Book Limited strictly request that all descriptive and factual content uploaded in relation to the venue being advertised is accurate and fair and current. Big Venue Book Ltd. upholds the quality of content on the Site as key to the user experience and therefore success of the website in terms of it's service objective to both venues advertising and venue finders searching. Big Venue Book Ltd. has full and unlimited access to all areas of content uploaded or supplied by venues to be advertised and reserves the right to alter, change, delete or remove any content supplied to us by venues advertising on the Site.

Big Venue Book Limited allows each venue to list in related categories in order to be fairly found by venue finders visiting the site. Each venue can list in up to five venue style and type descriptive categories. These search categories are ranked from 1-5 in order of most relevant to least relevant. Location and layout also enables perfect matches to be made between the venue finders and the venue owners. This is supported by our search algorithms.

ADVERTISING

The Big Venue Book Limited Site is optimised to score highly in terms of quality on all the major Internet Search Engines. We also advertise on all major Search Engines from time to time to increase internet traffic. Big Venue Book Limited strives to perform excellently against all our researched and relevant search terms for our user base however we cannot guarantee any particular level of exposure or positioning on major search engines who’s Site scoring and selection for top positions continually varies and is in no way controlled by Big Venue Book Limited.

ENQUIRIES

Big Venue Book Limited strives to marry our Site user base (venue finders) with our member venues advertising. Our search tools have been developed to present the most relevant search results of venues against our user's search criteria. This said we cannot be held responsible for the deemed quality and/or success of any enquiries or leads submitted via the Site to our member venues.

Big Venue Book Limited is not responsible for the content or follow up on any leads presented to our member venues.

Big Venue Book Limited will not seek commission on the business converted for any of our member venues as a result of enquiries or leads via our site either directly or indirectly.

All enquiries generated for venues by our users through the Big Venue Book enquiry system will remain available for 30 days after which they will be deleted.

All user data is considered 'private' and remains the property of Big Venue Book Limited. User data is only to be used to respond to the users enquiry. Copying user information for marketing, cold calling, promotions, mailing lists etc is strictly forbidden. Any breach of this term could result in your venue advertising with Big Venue Book Limited being terminated with no refunds. Any serious breech could also be reported to the relevant authority.

CANCELLATION

Venues may cancel at any time by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button in the venue admin area. This will action the payments to stop beyond the renewal date.

Cancellation policy is in conjunction with payment provider.

Complaints should be made in writing to Big Venue Book Limited customer service (complaints@bigvenuebook.co.uk) no more than 5 days after the matter or nature of complaint has arisen. Refunds against complaints may be given at the sole discretion of Big Venue Book Limited company director on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions of Advertising without notice.
