18 event rooms mean that every type of corporate function is catered for from conferences, awards presentations, receptions, private dinners, training sessions, and product launches, to smaller executive meetings and interviews. For bigger events in theatre style, the Arden Suite has capacity for 300 delegates, or the Woodland Suite can seat 180, and the Stratford 120.

At the other end of the scale, a range of meeting rooms are perfect for board meetings or interviews for 6-30 executives, with discretion and privacy assured. The larger suites can accommodate 100-250 for a standing reception and 80-250 for a glittering banquet. Rooms are versatile and several can be partitioned to create smaller spaces suitable for breakout sessions, brainstorming and refreshments.

The hotel has a dedicated business centre and up to the minute audio visual equipment to include LCD projectors, rear screen projection, video conferencing, and the support of AV technicians. There is complimentary wifi and a range of catering options for refreshments, lunch and dinner.
During the summer months, a marquee can accommodate up to 350 guests, in picturesque grounds with formal gardens, woodland and lakes.
