    The Self Catering Package includes the following:
    Bristol Suite room hire from noon until midnight
    Two supervisors to advise caterers and turnaround times, 1 waiting staff
    per 2 tables
    3 Kitchen staff for Supervision purposes.
    Use of your own Private Bar facilities, corkage will be charged if you require to bring your own soft drinks, spirits, wines, Champagnes, sparkling wines & bottled beer.

    Additional staff can be hired from the hotel for £12.50 per hour per staff member.
    Minimum staff booking is 10 staff and they must work a minimum of 4 hours.
    One housekeeping attendant for the duration of the function
    Tables and Chairs in the function rooms
    White linen napkins and white linen table cloths (one napkin per person)
    Crockery, cutlery, glassware & linen included for up to 400 guests for 1 set up:
