This beautiful 19th century mansion house has turrets and crenellations and is set in 30 acres of spectacular countryside, just 3 miles from Aberdeen city centre. An impressive and inspiring setting for your gala dinner, drinks reception, awards presentation, product launch, exhibition, and conferences and meetings for 2-600 delegates. With a choice of 7 fabulous meeting rooms, you’ll find the ideal space for your event, large or small. The biggest room is the grand Ballroom, seating 600 people in theatre style or 450 for a banquet. The Craigievar and the Crathes both accommodate 250 and 180 guests in the same layouts respectively, and the Ogston Suite is superb for a conference for 200 or again, a dinner for 180. The Elliot Suite holds 100 people in theatre style and 60 for dinner, whilst the Fraser Room and the Kildrummy Suite have equal capacities for 50 delegates in theatre style and for 30-35 for a distinguished executive meeting. State of the art audio-visual equipment, overhead and slide projectors, and flipcharts are provided, and there’s high speed wifi access. An experienced meetings team will oversee the arrangements of your event and make sure all runs without a hitch.

Overnight delegates can snooze peacefully in the 120 bedrooms; all are modern in style, with relaxing, neutral tones accentuated by bold splashes of colour. Rooms have a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a work desk. Eat like a lord in the well reputed Blairs Restaurant, where the focus is on creative, mouth watering dishes made using the finest, freshest ingredients, or opt for an informal bite to eat by the warmth of the open fire in Soapies Lounge. The Drawing Room is a cosy, wood panelled room that makes a great setting for light lunch and home made cakes, and Lairds Bar is THE place to take a wee dram by the roaring log fire.
