The 15th century manor house and historic barns are set in beautiful 15-acre grounds with a sweeping drive, cloistered gardens and a croquet lawn, surrounded by spectacular Thames Valley countryside.
The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies and has 5 gorgeous event spaces for hire. Biggest is the Great Barn, supported by centuries old timbers; dress it with twinkling fairy lights, flowers and trailing ivy, enjoy the views of the gardens and Manor House. There’s capacity for 220 guests for a reception or 170 dining; use the forecourt and gardens for team building activities, lawn games, hay bales, fairground rides and hog roasts.
The Small Barn, where ancient beams soar to the rooftop, is equally breathtaking and has seating for 130 guests, or tucked away in a corner of the estate is The Engine House. For outdoor events and dream days in the sunshine hire the enchanting Cloister Gardens; for break outs and smaller meetings opt for The Cottage Room, The Tack Barn or The Manor House.
The Grade II listed Manor House makes a stunning backdrop to photoshoots and filming, there’s state-of-the-art AV equipment, exquisite catering and an award-winning Heritage Values team to make sure your wedding day or event is the best.

The Great Barn is one of the largest Grade II listed barns in the south of England, with impressive height wooden beamed ceiling, and full height glass doors coming soon (May 2016). This will allow natural light to flood into the space, while the original doors can still be used to create blackout presentation conditions.
The barn also has a fully licensed and well stocked bar that can be available for daytime and evening events, with a dance floor / presentation area at the opposite end. Presentation facilities included are 6m wide retractable screen and projector, state of the art whole barn Bose PA system with wireless microphones, ipad/iphone control, feature background/ceiling lighting.
