On the top floor, the Royal Suite has a covered balcony which overlooks the race track, and accommodates 300 in theatre style or 400 for a reception; this space can be partitioned to create 6 individual areas with each having a maximum capacity of 24 people in boardroom style.

The Paddock pavilion has 12 individual meeting rooms, some of which can be opened out to create a larger space. The Riverbank Pavilion with room for 250 in theatre style or 500 for a reception, is comprised of 4 suites overlooking the ring, with a private patio and garden area this light and airy glass fronted space is ideal for product launches and summer events.
