Horizons Suite located on the ground level of the Graham Taylor Stand, this modern and spacious room has natural daylight and impressive pitch views. This functional space is ideal for private parties and can offer an impressive street food menu.

Located on the second floor, The Gallery is a modern and stylish room with natural daylight and spectacular panoramic views of the pitch. The light and airy space has a restaurant setting with fixed booths, a private bar, and is easily accessible from the other event rooms, making it the ideal breakout and private lunch space.

*Please note that event space dimensions are unavailable due to the room having fixed booth seating*

The location in the stadium makes the room ideally placed to access the Executive boxes, which all begin on a corridor located less than a minutes walk from the room, making it ideal as a holding space for large scale interviews.

The View is a stunning open plan event space with outstanding panoramic views of the stadium. This versatile space proves a popular choice for both corporate meetings and social occasions. The location in the stadium also makes the room ideally placed to access the additional event spaces, and boxes, which are all located close by making it ideal as a central main meeting space.

For larger scale events the room is ideally located underneath The Gallery which provides the option of having a private lunch and refreshment room for up to 140 people (seated). The space also offers a dedicated reception when both spaces are taken.

An old favourite at Vicarage Road, you’ll find both a warm welcome inside the Sir Elton John Suite and a stunning medium size event space. Decorated with fascinating, yet subtle, snapshots of the club’s Honorary Life President Sir Elton John, the space has a uniquely relaxing and informal atmosphere, making it the ideal space for conferences, large scale recruitment, networking events or social occasions.

The location in the stadium makes the room ideally placed to access the Executive boxes, which all begin on the corridor located directly next to the room, making it ideal as a central main meeting space.

The Players Lounge is located next to the Media Suite, and is ideal for drinks receptions or as break out space for conferences in the Media suite.

This room is brand new and was launched in December 2019. It's split over two levels and is ideal for meetings, catering area or as a breakout space.

For a unique meeting or seminar behind the scenes at the stadium, take a seat in our Media Suite where all of the first teams post-match press conferences are held.
Offering premium padded fixed seating in a theatre style layout for up to 96 delegates, along with the adjoining Media Working Room which is ideal for breakout activities and refreshments.

Each seat has access to a pull out table making it ideal for delegates to make notes and have refreshments.

New in 2019, the sports bar is located on the ground level of the stadium. This suite is ideal for smaller meetings or as a breakout space.

Sky Lounge is located on the 2nd floor, and is ideal for drinks receptions or networking events.

The Media working room is located just behind the media suite, and is ideal for computer training or as break out space for the Media suite.

With fantastic panoramic views of the stadium and pitch, Sky Box 2 is ideal for small gatherings, as a syndicate space and private meetings up to 40 people.

This space is brand new and was built in January 2020.

New in 2018, The Directors Guest Lounge is located on the 1st Level of the stadium. This suite is ideal for catering or as a breakout space.

With fantastic panoramic views of the stadium and pitch, Sky Box 1 is ideal for small gatherings, as a syndicate space and private meetings up to 25 people.

Our 18 Corporate Boxes can hold up to 10 people in a formal or informal layout and create the perfect spaces for small meetings, interviews or breakout rooms for larger conference – and all with spectacular views of the pitch!

All boxes are ideally located in The Graham Taylor Stand with easy access and close proximity to the Sir Elton John Suite, Horizons, The View and The Gallery.
