The biggest room, the Hampshire Suite accommodates 220 guests for a drinks reception, 190 delegates in theatre style, and 160 for a banquet. This suite has the flexibility to be divided into three rooms seating maximum numbers of 60, 30 and 20. Next in size, the Farnborough Suite seats 150 guests in theatre style, 100 for a gala dinner, and holds 150 standing. This can also be partitioned into three rooms, one with a maximum capacity of 50 people, and two holding up to 35. The Queens Suite has capacity for 100 delegates standing and 70 seated in theatre style, or 50 dining. Two syndicate rooms have all you need for board meetings and interviews for up to 12 executives.
The suites are ideal for those all-important Christmas parties, whilst for summer events and barbecues there’s a lawn and patio area; the hotel is also proud to offer exciting team building activities.
