The graceful Ballroom is popular for parties and weddings – high ceilings, big wall mirrors and sparkling chandeliers, plus a private bar; it holds 180 guests in theatre style, 150 for dinner, or 80 in cabaret layout.

On the 6th floor with stunning sea views, The West Pier Suite holds 80 delegates in theatre style and 50 seated for dinner. This spacious L-shaped room can be partitioned into two smaller spaces – West Pier 1 for up to 40 guests seated or 16 in boardroom style, and West Pier 2 for meetings for 20 in theatre style, or 12 round a table; it’s also a great choice for private dining for 20.

The Coast View Suite has a panoramic outlook over the seafront and promenade, and accommodates a maximum of 70 delegates seated; again, it can be divided into two smaller rooms, Coast View 1 for up to 60 guests in theatre layout, or for executive meetings and private dining for 26, and Coast View Room 2 seating 50 delegates for a conference and 16 for a table meeting. There’s also the Norfolk Suite, seating 60 people in theatre layout, or 24 in boardroom configuration; with a private bottle bar available, this is another great room for private dining for up to 50.

Rooms have air conditioning and complimentary super-fast wifi, and hi-tech audio-visual equipment can be arranged to suit your requirements. Delegate packages can be tailored to your event and include basic stationery and refreshments, plus a fantastic choice of conference lunches. A helpful team will ensure that all goes swimmingly.

For overnight delegates there’s a choice of 116 stylish bedrooms, all with HD TV and high speed wifi; some have sea views and balconies. Post conference, go to the Brasserie and choose from delicious dishes created using locally sourced ingredients; sip cocktails on the terrace whilst watching the sunset.
