Enjoying a convenient yet peaceful location in 27 acres of woodland, this Surrey hotel is close to the historic market town of Guildford and offers flexible conference and meeting facilities for up to 300 guests, with easy access to major transport links and roads.

Whether you’re hosting a conference, awards presentation, product launch, training session or AGM, the Hilton Cobham has 13 meeting rooms to choose from, with the largest, the Brooklands Suite, accommodating up to 300 guests in theatre style or 250 for a reception. This suite can be divided into 3 smaller spaces with the Campbell Suite catering for 120 delegates in theatre style or a banquet for 90, and the Cobb and Lambert Suites hosting a maximum of 60.

The Hampton Suite has capacity for a reception or theatre style event for up to 100 guests, and again, this space can be partitioned off into 2 smaller spaces with half the capacity of the larger one. The St. Georges Suite is good for functions for 80 delegates in theatre style or a reception for 70, whilst the Foxhills Suite can be hired for board meetings for 18 or theatre style events for up to 25. 5 smaller rooms are ideal for those more intimate meetings for a maximum of 15 in theatre style or executive meetings for 10.

The hotel offers complimentary wifi, the latest audiovisual technology and flexible catering options. DDPs are available or you can opt for an event tailored to your requirements, being assured of the expertise of a dedicated team to ensure the success of your event.

The 158 guest rooms and suites have been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, and offer a restful night for the overnight delegate. Rooms are well sized and finished in stylish warm tones for relaxing ambience. Well lit with large windows, standard rooms have a 40 inch LED TV, a work desk, free wifi, and tea and coffee making facilities.
