Our biggest suite in terms of capacity, the Cavalier Suite is a historic room that comprises of 2 levels, with one level being raised for an elevated presence for speeches. The Cavalier Suite can hold up to 250 people, but can be divided down into smaller sections with 6 ft room dividers, should you need to create separate breakout areas within the suite. Please note we do not allow outdoor catering for this suite we can provide all of your catering needs.
The Trafalgar Suite defines flexibility and can act as the perfect wedding venue for intimate, close weddings, private function or conference. Scenically placed overlooking the wedding arbour garden, with private access
The Pembroke Suite perfectly suits your needs for training days, corporate events and functions that involve less than 80 people in capacity. Scenically situated overlooking The King Charles’ rose garden, the Pembroke Suite is designed to combine practicality, function and comfort. Self-contained, the Pembroke suite has been the venue of many business functions, training days and presentations over the years. It has a maximum capacity of 80 people (but less for board meetings, and sit-down functions). Please note we do not allow outdoor catering for this suite.
The Pegasus Room is a small, intimate room located to the rear of the Resident’s Bar & Lounge. This intimate room is ideal for a small classroom conference or a presentation/lecture for up to 20 people.
The Maritime Room is the smallest corporate room we offer to our customers, but can serve well if hosting events such as a private meeting, interview, quiet board meeting or a small training exercise.
