The terrace Suite is the largest room, with a maximum capacity of 160 guests in theatre style, or 150 for a reception, and 110 for a banquet. Doors open onto the courtyard, a bonus for team building days, and for summer parties and BBQs. Oak is a light and airy room which overlooks the manicured gardens; it’s an excellent conference or seminar room, seating 50 in theatre style. Ash is located in the annex building, and has a private terrace and foyer, so offers a good deal of privacy for events for up to 36, or for dinners for 30. The Boardroom also seats 36 and is flooded with light from the huge bay windows; this is an elegant room that lends itself to discreet executive meetings or intimate private dinners.
The 38 guest bedrooms are country house meets modern; all have 37” TVs with Freeview and Sky Sports, DVD and CD players, and a media hub. There’s a hospitality tray, fluffy bathrobes, and luxury toiletries, but most of all, sumptuous cashmere mattresses to ensure a good night’s sleep. Guests have use of the Health Club & Spa, with a well-equipped gym, indoor pool and a range of luxury pampering treatments.
The 2 AA rosette Dining Room is sophisticated and calming, with the focus on locally inspired flavoursome dishes; the Drawing Room Lounge and Bar has quite a distinguished club feel to it; informal and relaxing, with doors that open onto the terrace; the perfect spot for a post meeting drink.
With free on-site parking, Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa is a short drive from Sevenoaks, Dartford and Maidstone. There’s good access to the M25, and the M20, and London Victoria station can be reached within 40 minutes.
