The River Bourne Club
A health and fitness hotspot with a convenient location right in the middle of Chertsey. Book the recently refurbished, bright and airy meeting room for conferences, training days, networking events and smaller executive meetings. There are also two mirrored studios available for use for workshops and classes, and the venue offers a full package for corporate parties with live music and catering, or opt for room hire only.
The meeting room is air conditioned and there’s flexibility when it comes to layout, with capacity for 50 people for a conference and 20 for a board meeting. You’ll get audio-visual equipment and a data projector as well as complimentary high speed wifi and a flipchart, pad and pens included in the hire fee. Rates are very reasonable, with refreshments and a working breakfast or lunch priced separately.
With a huge focus on fitness and wellbeing the River Bourne Club also offers a variety of programmes to corporate groups, with health awareness days, stress awareness programmes, and group team building activities, so if your employees need a bit of a push to maintain a healthier lifestyle, this is one for you. Delegates have access to the 25m swimming pool and to workout in the well-equipped gym and the attentive team will work with you to ensure a smoothly executed meeting or event.
The River Bourne Club has free parking and the railway station is just around the corner; J11 of the M25 is just five minutes away.

The River Bourne Club is the perfect place to hold your event or meeting. We are situated in the heart of Chertsey, just 5 minutes from J11 of the M25 with the railway station just around the corner. Our recently completed meeting room is a well-designed space with great facilities available to hire from just £30.
The room is air-conditioned and has a flexible room layout with plenty of natural daylight. We can accommodate up to 20 people in a boardroom setting or 50 people for a seminar. This flexible space is perfect for training days, interview sessions, networking events and much more.
Delegates are welcome to have a swim in our 25m pool or a workout in our spacious well-equipped gym before or after a hard day’s work, free of charge.
