Wade Conference Centre

The Wade Conference Centre is a popular venue for conferences, training sessions, team building, and smaller business meetings and interviews. This purpose built centre is home to an independent charity whose chief aim is to promote and fund post graduate medical and scientific education and research for all health care professionals. Operating within the North Staffordshire Medical Institute, the venue can offer a discount to charities hiring event space here.

The centre is fully modern, and light and airy with a choice of 2 two-tiered lecture theatres and 6 seminar and meeting rooms, some of which can be adapted to provide bigger spaces to accommodate more guests. The Wade Hall has capacity for up to 154 delegates, with the Nadin Theatre accommodating 63 people, and the Council Room, 25. The seminar rooms are perfect for smaller meetings, with Seminar Room 1 hosting 20, and Rooms 2-5 suitable for up to 12.

Comfortable informal areas provide space for registration and for refreshment breaks to all meeting rooms, and there is a licensed bar on the first floor. All areas are fully accessible, other than the mezzanine in the Council Room. Experienced events staff will help to plan your event and make sure it runs smoothly, with attention to detail. Audiovisual equipment can be supplied to your requirements, and well reputed on-site caterers offer a choice of menus from breakfasts and lunches to five course evening meals.

With free parking for up to 100 vehicles, Wade Conference Centre is located on Hartshill Road, Stoke on Trent, easily reached via the A 34, A52, and A519, and with good links to public transport routes.
