The biggest meeting room is the Seymour Suite which accommodates 150 delegates for a theatre style conference or 120 for a banquet; partitioned in two, you have the Seymour 1, seating a maximum of 100 people in theatre style and the Seymour 2 seating up to 40. When it comes to smaller seminars and board meetings you’re spoilt for choice – all are equally impressive; the Leofric Room has a maximum capacity for 30 guests and the Eastgate and Northgate Rooms seat up to 15. The Southgate Room is ideal for meetings for up to 25 executives, and when partitioned, gives you two rooms for up to 15; lots of very good options for breakout or refreshment space alongside bigger events.

For overnight delegates, the 156 guest bedrooms all have complimentary wifi, flat screen TVs, 24-hour room service, and of note – a pleasing view of the city and the Devon countryside beyond.
