Eastnor Castle is an imposing corporate hospitality venue that has hosted some huge events including concerts for up to 40,000 people. Inside is exquisite grandeur - antique carpets, rich tapestries, medieval armour, fine art, and heaps of ornate features: subdued lighting adds to the atmosphere of history and splendour.

The Great Hall is a very grand room with log fires, and it seats up to 150 delegates in theatre style and for dining. The State Dining Room is a wonderfully refined setting for private dinners and banquets for up to 80 guests on individual round tables, or 22 on one central arrangement. With views out over the lake, the Gothic Drawing Room has an opulent painted ceiling and beautiful fan vaulted pillars, and is an impressive venue for conferences 60 delegates, or board meetings for 30. The appropriately named Octagon Room is light and airy, with floor to ceiling arched windows, and French doors that open out onto the terrace overlooking the lake; host a seminar or drinks reception for up to 60 people beneath the huge sparkling chandelier, or a board meeting for 25 executives.

The Terrace is undeniably gorgeous for champagne receptions alongside larger events held in the marquee which holds up to 600 guests, and those expansive grounds offer plenty of scope for fun-filled team building activities – abseiling from one of the castle’s towers, clay pigeon shooting on the terrace behind the castle, or go for a full-on Land Rover Experience.

There’s a dedicated team to help plan your event, and they’ll help with all the details including state of the art audio-visual gear and entertainment, whether it’s a string quartet, a table magician, or fireworks. Menus offer mouthwatering food made using locally sourced produce and covering everything from canapes and lunches to buffets and lavish banquets.
