The largest single room is the Lister, with a maximum capacity of 160 delegates in theatre style, 90 guests for a banquet and 70 for a dinner/dance. Next up, the Fleming, Boyer, Cohen and Mendel rooms all accommodate up to 100 people in theatre style and 50-60 for a banquet. Merge the Boyer, Cohen and Mendel for almost 204 square metres of space for events for up to 300 folk in theatre style, 190 in cabaret layout or for a banquet, and 170 for a dinner/dance.

The Lister and Fleming combined give you just over 99 square metres accommodating 260 guests in theatre style, 150 for a banquet or seated in cabaret arrangement, and 130 for a dinner/dance. For quieter events book the Dickson to seat up to 30 delegates, or the Galileo or Banting rooms for up to 20. The Dickson and the Banting have breakout areas just outside the room, also handy for registrations.

Most of the event rooms have natural daylight, built-in up-to-the-minute AV equipment, and blackout blinds. High speed wifi is complimentary and a well-versed team will ensure that all runs without a hitch. Day delegate packages offer excellent value for money and a varied catering menu includes breakfasts, buffets and hot and cold dinners.

All 143 modern bedrooms are roomy and air conditioned, with a mist free bathroom mirror, flatscreen TV and a work station. Dine in the contemporary ambience of the Fishbone Restaurant, serving dishes throughout the day, with the best of West Country flavour.

Future Inn Plymouth has uncharged parking and is well located for access from the M5 via the A38, and for the train station which is just over 3.5 miles away.
