With 4,618 square feet of event space, this Wimbledon venue can be turned into anything you want it to be, plus you get offices, a well-equipped kitchen, a green room, shower room, and 3 breakout spaces that can be utilised for refreshments, registrations or as dressing rooms. You literally get the run of the mill!

There’s capacity for 200 guests for drinks, 120 for banquets, dinner-dances and any events in cabaret style layout, or for 25 in boardroom or classroom arrangement. Facilities are right up there with high speed fibre broadband, state-of-the-art AV gear, a half studio mother grid, full PA system available, 12 tonne load beam and 3 phase electricity. There’s easy loading access, a scissor and forklift for use, and 24-hour security. Catering comes courtesy of professional partners on request, or you can self-cater for your event.
