Cherry Reds Café Bar

Cherry Reds is an independent café bar in a beautiful historic building on the corner of John Bright Street in Birmingham city centre. It makes a unique and cheerful venue for smaller corporate meetings and events and for private functions for up to 80 people. Awards ceremonies, banquets, conferences, board meetings, exhibitions, product launches, networking receptions, team building and training days, music events, concerts, and parties, it’s all covered here.

The eclectic vintage style interiors set the scene for photo shoots and filming, and for quirky wedding parties, with a highly recommended and unique venue for your ceremony just around the corner.

There are two rooms for hire at Cherry Reds, the biggest being the Bosta Room; heritage red walls, funky leather seating, exposed brickwork; it’s a seriously cool venue for events for up to 80 folk standing or 40 sat down. Furniture can be moved for dancing and there’s a small stage and a bar. The Map Room is fabulous retro café style and holds 20 standing or 16 seated.

The beauty of Cherry Reds is the flexibility – they do in-house catering to suit your event and even offer cooked breakfasts, homemade cakes, and vintage crockery hire. Wifi is excellent and whilst there’s basic AV equipment you can hire whatever you need.

Cherry Red is just a stone’s throw from Birmingham New Street station. There are car parks close by.
