Utilita Arena

Utilita Arena is the largest conference and exhibition venue in North East England with a floor area of 3,960 square metres. The external exhibition area of 36,000 square metres completes the available space, where outdoor pursuits and world-famous performers and shows have taken place.

Flexibility is the key word, with many possibilities for various types and sizes of exhibitions. Extensive areas of flat floor are available with direct access into the halls for the largest of vehicles. Utilita Arena has played host to a number of large high-profile meetings and conferences over the years staged by both regional and multi-national organisations, ranging from a BT AGM to special meetings for Northern Rock.

Whether it’s stand construction, layout and logistics, press and publicity, accommodation or tailored catering services all aspects of event management are available. The Utilita Arena is near the city centre, with the A1(M) only a few minutes away and over 600 convenient parking spaces on-site.
