Situated in the heart of Kent, this beautiful Victorian Manor house exudes elegance and luxury. With delightful gardens, chic interiors, fine dining and the Utopia Spa, this gorgeous hotel is a great choice for events.

The Pavilion is a newly built conference centre, which has its own entrance and terrace. It is a sophisticated and stylish space with light and plenty of facilities from fast Wi-Fi to excellent audio visual equipment. It can accommodate up to 60 people. There are 2 function suites, the largest accommodates up to 160 guests, which also has its own courtyard. A newly refurbished boardroom and various syndicate rooms accommodating from 2 -70 delegates.

Further, there is a dedicated and experienced team at Rowhill Grange who are ready to assist with the running of your event. As well as corporate events and team building, Rowhill Grange is an ideal venue for your Wedding for up to 200 guests, party or other special celebration.

Should you require overnight accommodation there are 38 elegant and comfortable bedrooms. Many with Victorian bathtubs, all with bathrobes, flat screen TVs, L’Occitane products and magazines.

There is the gorgeous Utopia Spa, recently updated and spread across 2 floors, including a hydrotherapy pool, monsoon shower, sauna, steam rooms, bubble tub and 21 treatment rooms.

The Restaurant at Rowhill Grange serves excellent food in a stylish setting, or for something less formal there is Elements Bar and Lounge. Enjoy a cocktail before dinner whilst enjoying the views or perhaps a sumptuous afternoon tea.

In a superb location in the gorgeous Kentish countryside yet only 10 minutes from the M25 and a 30-minute drive to London.
