Situated in the centre of Guildford in the heart of the beautiful county of Surrey is The Mandolay, Surrey's largest independent corporate and private events venue.

Comprising of the first level of purpose built conference and event spaces The Surrey Suite comprises of The London Room, The York Room and The Epsom Room. Each room features all the AV facilities expected of a modern hotel and our experienced managers are on hand at all times to assist with every aspect of your event. Alternatively, the Mandolay Suite and the Oak Room offer further space choices tailored to suit the size and nature of your event.

The venue offers great value, flexible packages for functions, day time meetings and 24hr residential events meetings and events from 5 up to 500 people. In addition, The Mandolay has also been awarded AA Rosette Award for the third year running, in early 2017.
