The biggest room is the Hampshire Suite which seats 120 people in theatre style, 90 for a banquet and 28 in U-shape; just a bit smaller is the Charter which has capacity for 100 delegates for a theatre style conference, 80 for a lavish dinner and 32 for an executive meeting in U-shape layout. Parklands holds 50 guests in theatre style and for dining, and 26 in U-shape; Fairways holds 30 and 16 in the same respective layouts, whilst Valley holds 30 people dining, 26 in theatre style and 16 in U-shape. For more discreet executive pow-wows the Boardroom seats 16, and Phillimore and Stirling both hold 8.
You’ll have high speed wifi and will be in good hands with the well-versed events team; they’ll help to organise an event to remember with menus and AV equipment tailored to your requirements. For overnight accommodation the guest bedrooms are light and airy and modern in style, with a good-sized work desk, TV, and 24-hour room service.
There’s a good choice of dining, with two on-site restaurants, two bars, and the friendly Clubhouse. Any post conference stress can be shaken off in the Leisure Club where there’s a well-equipped gym, indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna, or out on the fitness trail and tennis court. Otherwise book in a round of golf; the club is excellent and has two championship courses.
