With its Roman heritage and extensive racing history, Fontwell Park Racecourse is set close to the South coast, in wonderful grounds of 65 acres, including some elegant landscaped topiary gardens. The fully modern Grandstand offers over 1,000 square metres of multipurpose event space over two floors, with up to the minute facilities, and full accessibility, with lifts to both floors. The ground floor concourse has capacity for up to 500 guests reception or 400 delegates in theatre style, with a bar and café area, washrooms, and a terrace overlooking Fontwell House and Gardens.

Upstairs on the first floor is a business lounge which can also accommodate 400 in theatre style, and a further bar and café area and washrooms. Also on this floor is a corner suite with space for 100 guests in theatre style. On the second floor are 12 Boxes, each hosting 20 delegates; two of these boxes can be combined to seat 80 people in theatre style. All boxes are ideal for breakout space and have balconies overlooking the racecourse.

The traditional setting of Fontwell House can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre style or for a banquet, amidst some wonderful period architecture and original features. The Paddock Marquee provides a delightful light and airy setting for 400 in theatre style or 200 for a banquet, perfect for summer events. The Grandstand boasts complimentary Wi-Fi, and state of the art audiovisual equipment including a drop-down projector system and plasma TV screens. With plenty of free parking, Fontwell Racecourse is situated on the A27/A29 roundabout, between Chichester and Arundel; the nearest railway station is at Barnham. If you wish to arrive in style, helicopters are permitted to land on the course on racedays or light aircraft may land at nearby Goodwood by arrangement.
