The elegant Edwardian Ballroom seats 180 in theatre style or 110 for banqueting; the perfect venue for large conferences, presentations, product launches or gala dinners, with a raised stage and adjoining bar.
The Benjamin Wyatt Room hosts 42 in theatre style and 22 for a board meeting, and the Samuel Johnson Room has capacity for 30 in theatre style or 26 around a board table. The Patience Swinfen and the Lichfield Rooms are perfect for more intimate meetings for up to 16 executives, whilst the Frederick is the perfect discreet setting for interviews, or board meetings for up to 12 people.
The beautiful grounds offer plenty of opportunities for team building events; for total security, why not have exclusive hire of the entire venue? Delegate packages start at very reasonable rates, or you can opt for a bespoke service; rest assured that you have an experienced events team on hand to ensure that all runs smoothly. You might treat your delegates to the delight of afternoon tea in the cocktail lounge, or drinks on the terrace after a hard day’s conferencing. For overnight stays, there are 18 gorgeous bedrooms and suites, the first floor rooms offering a traditional style whilst the second floor provides a more modern feel, many with a breath-taking outlook over the park land or gardens, as well as widescreen TVs, iPod docking stations and 24-hour room service.
The 3 AA rosette Four Seasons Restaurant, in the ambient setting of the oak panelled dining room, has doors that open onto the terrace in the summer months and in the winter, roaring log fires. Top notch food is created using seasonal produce from the Victorian walled garden, with venison and lamb reared on the estate. For more casual dining there’s The Green Room, or in the warmer months, the terrace.
