Within the hotel are several meeting spaces consisting of large open rooms for grand scale events plus smaller boardrooms equipped with all the up-to-date, state-of-the-art AV equipment required to ensure your event runs smoothly. The largest space, The Fair Oak Suite can accommodate a maximum of 450 guests, ideal for wedding receptions, conferences and gala dinners. Other room capacities range from 250 to 11 in the boardrooms. You can also hire the Wickham Lounge, a relaxed atmosphere ideal for breakouts or dining for up to 80 guests. Rooms also feature natural daylight, Wi-Fi, air conditioning with some spaces having private bars, dance floors and partition walls.

The events team at the hotel will work with you throughout to make sure all the details are taken care of during your planning and on the day itself, allowing you to relax and enjoy your event. The hotel has 130 bedrooms for guests needing an overnight stay, a spa and health and fitness club plus an indoor swimming pool in which to relax and unwind.
