If you want a convenient city centre location for your next Perth meeting or event, this 15th century converted watermill is just a short walk from the High Street. With a choice of four meeting rooms and capacity for up to 120 guests, it’s a great venue for conferences, presentations, team building and training days, product launches, board meetings and for corporate parties and private dining.

There’s plenty of original features inside, including working parts of the watermill, and outside the millstream runs along the attractive gardens; a relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle of the shops; little surprise that it’s a hotspot for weddings and celebrations.

The Kinnoull Suite is the biggest function room, with a private bar and a balcony area; there are wonderful beams and features that date back to the 12th century; it seats 120 delegates in theatre style and for dinner, and 60 in cabaret layout. The wheelchair friendly Summit Suite accommodates 40 people in theatre layout and 25 for dinner or for a boardroom meeting, whilst the Miller Suite and the Tay Suite are slightly smaller, still holding 40 in theatre style, with the number for dinner and executive meeting at a maximum of 18.

There is complimentary wifi and audio-visual equipment to all rooms, and competitively priced delegate packages with a choice of lunch and refreshment options. A helpful and friendly team will assist with the arrangements for your event and make sure all glides along smoothly.

All 76 bedrooms overlook the garden and have HD TV’s, complimentary high speed wifi, a work desk and tea and coffee making facilities. The Brasserie offers a wide selection of dishes from British favourites and grills to sharing plates and nibbles, plus the exciting Chef’s Signature Dishes. Relax with a drink in the cosy bar and see the mill run beneath your feet – quite a feature and a great talking point!
