F Block

Close to Spitalfields Market, F Block brings you 115,000 square feet of blank event space just waiting to be transformed. Bursting with the industrial warehouse charm that’s so on-trend right now and with an upbeat location, this is a superb venue for exhibitions, product launches, art shows, filming and photo shoots, parties, drinks receptions, awards ceremonies, conferences and seminars, with capacity for up to 1,100 guests over the whole of F Block.

The event space is spread over 3 floors and has all the raw character you’d expect – blank white walls, huge steel columns and staircases, big skylights; it’s hip and happening. The first floor is a vast area of inter-connecting white rooms and there’s a secret outdoor space giving a glimpse of blue sky.

The basement is a very similar set up with heaps of light flooding in through street level windows, and the ground floor serves as a massive car park with amazing full height glass walls, so it doubles up as a very unique event space – brilliant for product launches and trade shows.

Go to the top of F Block and you’ll find an atmospheric roof space of 30,000 square feet with far reaching views of the cityscape. Great for summer parties, and a fantastic scene setter for avant-garde fashion shoots and filming. It’s even got loos and working lights in the inside rooms, and there’s capacity for 220 guests.

There’s a ground floor loading area, 3 phase electricity, on-site IT specialists and high speed WIFI. Audio-visual equipment can be hired to suit your event and you’ll have the services of a friendly team to guide you through the planning of your function, right through to a successful conclusion. Whatever your style, catering can be arranged by creative, esteemed chefs, whether it’s champagne and canapes, a buffet, or a barbecue.

There’s car parking on-site (when not used as event space) and across the road. Shoreditch, Aldgate East and Aldgate tube stations are all within easy walking distance.
