The Cairndale Hotel & Leisure Club

Located conveniently in the centre of Dumfries is the stunning Cairndale Hotel with its traditional period features and offering superb amenities for events with a capacity up to 400 guests.

The hotel has its own Conference Centre with its own entrance and a wide range of rooms all on ground level. It has spaces for all types of events from small meetings to large scale banqueting, conferences and weddings. Within the Centre is the Park House Suite, a large Ballroom with a maximum capacity of 400 theatre or 300 dining. This room is the largest in the hotel and has adjustable lighting and blackout facilities.

The Cairndale also has 3 smaller meeting rooms to cater from 12 to 30 delegates. The Empire and Solway Suites both hold up to 100 guests and offers flexibility in its use from conferences to weddings. The Annandale is a smaller conference room suitable for meetings and private dinners up to 50 guests. Also available are 2 Syndicate rooms for 6 people.

The Centre has its own dedicated events team on hand to assist you from concept to completion with all aspects of your event including catering and room set-up. Facilities include Wi-Fi, stationary and refreshments. Packages are available including DDR’s and 24hr rates.

The hotel has 91 bedrooms with excellent facilities such as a heated pool, spa and gym, 2 restaurants and a café bar. Nightly entertainments include cabarets, dinner dances and traditional Scottish entertainment.
