The King Arthur also has its own private lounge area and seats 170 delegates in theatre style, holds 150 for a networking reception, 70 for a banquet and 36 for meetings. The Lancelot Suite accommodates 120 people for drinks, dinner or in theatre style, or 40 in U-shape or boardroom configuration.

The Queen Guinevere is a similar size but holds slightly less (100) dining and 30-50 for meetings. The Percival Suite on the ground floor overlooks the hotel gardens and has capacity for 40 delegates standing or dining, and up to 25 for meetings. For those more discreet meetings The Merlin Suite holds up to 20 folk standing or in theatre style and 12 at a board table; it’s often used as a break out or syndicate room alongside larger events.
