Right in the city centre, with a fabulous waterside setting, Double Tree by Hilton Lincoln is a fantastic venue for business meetings and events for up to 400 delegates. That waterfront location makes it a favourite for weddings and celebrations, but it's also a hot spot for awards ceremonies, presentations, product launches, conferences, training sessions, team building days, AGMs, banquets, networking receptions, and Christmas parties.

Double Tree by Hilton Lincoln has 5 events spaces. The largest is the Cathedral Ballroom, with capacity for 400 people for a reception, banquet or in theatre style, or 192 in classroom arrangement. When partitioned, Cathedral 1 holds 358 folk for drinks and in theatre style, and 264 dining, and Cathedral 2 has space for 200 in theatre style, 180 standing, and 160 dining.

The Aspen Suite accommodates 200 guests in theatre style or for a networking event, 165 dining and 40 in boardroom style. Divided in two, Aspen 1 holds 112 people for a reception and in theatre style, 88 for dinner, and 30 for a meeting, and Aspen 1 holds slightly less – 100, 66, and 16 respectively.

Cedar can host 100 folk standing, 60 dining or in theatre style, and 30 in boardroom configuration. As two smaller rooms, Cedar 1 and Cedar 2 both hold 30 guests for drinks, 20 for private dining, and 16 for a meeting.

Hire the Viewing Gallery for conferences or presentations for 80, dinners and receptions for 60, and meetings for up to 40. The 4th floor reception area is also good for soirées for 80.

You'll be looked after by the events team and you'll have complimentary wifi, cutting-edge AV equipment, and access to the business centre with printing and copying services. Double Tree by Hilton Lincoln offers a full catering service for all kinds of events and has attractively priced packages for smaller meetings. Remember that flexibility - bigger rooms can be partitioned for breakouts and refreshments.

The hotel has 160 bedrooms, all with air con, a work desk, TV and blackout curtains. Hotel guests have use of the fitness centre, and there is a rooftop restaurant and bar overlooking the waterfront.

Double Tree by Hilton Lincoln is just 30 minutes off the A1; there is charged parking available on a first-come-first-served basis, with more parking close by. Lincoln Central Station is under a mile away; East Midlands and Humberside Airports are within an hour's drive.
