Go Ape Woburn

It's thrills and spills all the way and plenty of monkeying around in the treetops at Go Ape Woburn, set in Britain's largest drive-through safari park. They're all geared up here for terrific team building activities, learning and development days, jolly japes or rewards away from the working environment, even corporate parties, and outdoor events like branding and product launches.

Are your troops brave enough to take the Treetop Challenge, an 800-metre obstacle course 8 metres up? Set them on a mission to tackle the high ropes, with obstacles like Crossed Wires and Turtle Bridge to negotiate; they'll have amazing views of the animal reserves and the countryside beyond. Who knows, they might even spot an elephant when they're whizzing through the trees on zip wires. Surreal.

You can book whole or half day packages at Go Ape Woburn, with catering, a dedicated event co-ordinator, a safety briefing from a qualified instructor, and the necessary helmets and harnesses all included. They like to tailor things to how you want them at Go Ape, so if for instance, you'd like a forest shelter for a meeting or refreshments, all you have to do is ask.

Go Ape Woburn is an hour from London, Oxford, Cambridge and Birmingham. There's free on-site parking and it's easily reached from the M1.
