Fairmont Windsor Park, just one hour from central London, is a stunning venue which is set in 40 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and grounds - the perfect backdrop for weddings, business meetings and events from 12 to 700 guests in theatre style and up to 600 for dining. Outside is exquisite Jacobean architecture, inside is sumptuous and elegant; style and history combine to perfection to bring you truly beautiful spaces. The 15 meeting rooms provide flexibility for all kinds of events; the largest is the Arora Ballroom with 800m2 of pillar free space that holds 700 in theatre style and 375 in cabaret arrangement. Sliding partitions create Arora 1 and 2 which each seat 330 and 175 in the same respective layouts.
The Monarch has capacity for 400 in theatre style and 90 in U-shape, or as Monarch 1 or 2, 200 in theatre style and 48 in U-shape. The Admiral seats 139 in theatre style and 42 in U-shape, and then 9 smaller rooms seat from 14 to 70, giving a superb choice for medium sized meetings and more intimate conflabs.
The Fairmont Windsor Park has superfast Wi-Fi, cutting edge AV technology, in-house catering, training specialists and a dedicated events team.
