Right in the heart of the old Birds Custard Factory you can hire this mega venue with exclusive use of the main space and three breakout areas.

It’s an impressive space, with an up-to-the-minute contemporary look against a backdrop of industrial heritage in the form of enormous steel girders and exposed stone walls – great for fashion shows, photoshoots, and filming, with natural light streaming in through the huge skylights. There’s capacity for 400 dining or in theatre style, and 288 in cabaret set up. With air cooling and heating this is great for events any time of year, plus there’s complete flexibility to make it yours and dress it up however you want.
