Highfield Park

Highfield Park is an independent hotel set in an elegant Queen Anne style country house at the heart of 35 acres of glorious parkland on the borders of Hampshire and Berkshire. It’s a popular choice for weddings and private celebrations, and for business meetings and events for up to 200 delegates, hosting exhibitions, conferences, product launches, team building and training days, awards ceremonies, parties, networking receptions and banquets, and all those smaller executive meetings.

With a sophisticated blend of 17th century character and modern interiors, Highfield Park has 22 event spaces; the biggest is the Rotherwick Suite which holds 200 people in theatre style or 140 dining. The Chamberlain has a top capacity of 140 guests and the Hook 150. 7 more rooms can accommodate top numbers of 50-80 in theatre style and up to 30 in boardroom configuration, and a further 6 can comfortably seat up to 35 depending on layouts. There are also 6 smaller rooms for discreet meetings and interviews for 8-10 people.

You will have your own dedicated meetings host, plus complimentary wifi, cutting edge audio-visual equipment, and in-house training specialists. That outside space is ripe for summer events and for team building days, with activities offered from professional partners.

Delegate packages include overnight accommodation in one of the 86 bedrooms and use of the bar and restaurant. Highfield Park is located between Reading and Basingstoke in the quiet village of Heckfield. There is free on-site parking at the hotel and the M3, M4 and M25 are all within easy reach.
