Kesgrave Community and Conference Centre is perfect for large conferences, breakfast meetings, training, corporate events or a team building days, with a range of rooms, with varying sizes to accommodate your unique business needs.

Set in 12 acres of land, the venue has the added advantage of offering clients the flexibility of using the extensive area for outside exhibitions, product launches and team building events. All rooms can be hired individually or as a complete package dependent on your requirements; from a small intimate meeting room to one of our spacious conference rooms.

Kesgrave Conference Centre can also host Wedding receptions for up to 250 guests (200 with a dance floor) and marquees can also be erected subject to availability. The venue also has the benefit of large free car parking areas for all guests and offers sports related activities, which can be included in your corporate event.

Meetings and events venue situated in an excellent location, near Ipswich in the heart of Suffolk, the Kesgrave Conference Centre is a stone's throw from the A14 and A12 trunk roads, and is available to hire for business meetings, exhibitions, weddings and team building events.

    Kesgrave Conference Centre is an attractive wedding venue for couples getting married in Suffolk. Located between Ipswich and Woodbridge, the centre is within easy reach of both town's registry offices as well as a number of local churches. The Kesgrave Conference Centre is a spacious wedding venue, set in attractive grounds and well equipped with catering and barbecue facilities, a licensed bar and ample free parking. The most popular wedding reception room is Ropes Hall - and this can accommodate up to 250 seated guests. This is an ideal room to hold a large wedding breakfast, followed by a disco or live music. Smaller wedding parties may prefer the Orwell Room - which provides an intimate settting for up to 60 seated wedding guests. It is also possible to book exclusive use of the centre on your chosen night, at very competitive rates. We are able to offer guests great flexibility in how they spend their budget. Catering can be organised by us, or you are welcome to make your own arrangements. The centre's bar will be open throughout your reception, selling a range of reasonably priced drinks. We can also pre-order wine, champagne and sparkling wine for the wedding breakfast and toasts.
