The Hilton Bracknell is a modern hotel located in a leafy suburb of Bracknell, with easy access to major routes and public transport. The interior is bright and upbeat with some quirky contemporary touches and all the facilities you could wish for - no wonder it’s a popular venue for weddings and private celebrations! With a dedicated business centre and 12 flexible meeting rooms it’s also a great place to host corporate meetings of all sizes, from conferences and presentations for 250 guests, down to board meetings for 6.

The largest meeting room is the St. Andrews Suite measuring 4,034 square feet and accommodating up to 250 guests in theatre style, 300 for a reception, or 100 in classroom style. That covers exhibitions, conferences, presentations, product launches and banquets! This suite can be easily partitioned into 3 rooms for smaller events with capacity for 50-60 delegates in theatre style, or 20-30 in classroom layout. The Ascot Room is a similar size to this, whilst the Boardroom and the Henley are great for functions for up to 40 people in theatre style or small receptions for 30. For those more discreet executive gatherings there are 4 meeting rooms ideal for AGMs, seminars or interviews for 6-14.

All rooms have plenty of natural daylight, complimentary Wi-Fi, up to the minute audiovisual equipment, and a range of catering options. DDP’s are available at reasonable prices, or things can be tailored to match your requirements – and of course, you can be sure of a great service to ensure your event goes without a hitch.

For the delegate requiring an overnight stay, the Hilton Bracknell has 215 modern, comfortable rooms, cheerfully finished and nice and bright with big windows; standard double rooms have a TV, work desk, and an easy chair.

All day dining is available at the Larder Restaurant with an exciting menu of modern British and world cuisine, or the contemporary Bracknell Bar is a relaxing spot for snacks and light bites. Your delegates may wish to let off steam at the Fitness Centre after your corporate event, or to unwind with a splash in the pool, or perhaps a pampering treatment at the health and beauty rooms.
