The Pump Room is equally atmospheric, with graceful Georgian architecture and a stunning central chandelier; mingle long into the night – with a stage and a dance floor, this is the perfect environment for a dignified evening conference, reception, dinner or party, with capacity for 300 people in theatre style, 250 for a standing reception, or 180 for a dinner. The adjoining Kings Lounge is just right for a bar or refreshment space.

The Terrace was built in Victorian times and overlooks the waters of the Great Bath, a lovely and intimate setting for a smaller dinner or drinks reception of an evening – perhaps a somewhere to relax following a conference for 80 delegates in theatre style in the adjoining Reception Hall; with its wonderful domed ceiling, this room is also terrific for a dinner for 80 or a party for 150. The smaller Kingston Room and Drawing Room are full of period charm, and enjoy a delightful outlook over Bath Abbey and Kingston Parade. These two elegant Victorian rooms lend an undeniably distinguished ambience to any private dinner or small meeting for up to 40 people. The Kingston Room was previously The Smoking Room, where the gentlemen went to smoke whilst the ladies remained in the Drawing Room next door.
