The biggest event space is The Quadrangle Suite, holding 600 guests in theatre style or 500 for a banquet. It divides into 3 smaller rooms seating a maximum of 200 in theatre style and up to 140 for a dinner-dance. Just outside is the Concourse and Headington Bar, great as registration or breakout space.

The Christchurch Suite & Boardroom has its own bar and seats 80 delegates in theatre style or 70 dining. The Manor Lounge and The Maurice Evans Lounge are both slightly smaller, holding up to 70 guests and The Landmark Suite and The Heritage Suite both seat a maximum of 50. With a private bar and vehicular access, The Exhibition Hall comes as a 400m2 blank space with room for 25 stands or 300 guests for a drinks reception, and 140 in theatre style. For smaller meetings there are 26 are single Executive boxes seating up to 10, and 2 doubles with room for up to 25.
