Corporate Day Delegate Packages are available from £60 plus VAT per person, with minimum numbers applying. These packages are available for Cambridge Cottage and the Sir Joseph Banks Building. Cambridge cottage is an elegant, former royal residence, consisting of two large function rooms which open onto its own private lawn. It is capable of accommodating up to 56 cabaret style and 100 guests theatre style, and is available for both day and evening hire. The Sir Joseph Banks Building is a striking, subterranean space with large windows overlooking the surrounding lake at water level, providing a tranquil setting. The building can accommodate up to 230 people theatre style, 160 cabaret or 200 dinner style. Day Delegate Packages include: Exclusive use of the venue Access to Kew Gardens 3 servings of tea and coffee Lunch Kew branded stationary Cambridge Cottage Cambridge Cottage is an elegant, former royal residence offering an intimate classical setting for civil wedding ceremonies and receptions throughout the year. Ceremonies take place in the Georgian Drawing Room, with space for up to 80 guests, as couples take their vows overlooking the beautiful Duke�s Garden. After champagne and canap�s in your own private garden, guests can be seated for a wedding breakfast in the adjoining Gallery. Additional guests of up to 150 can be invited for the after dinner party, and you can dance the night away in your own exclusive corner of Kew Gardens.

Both of our venues have a private outdoor garden or terrace where you and your guests to spend the evening surrounded by our Royal Botanic Gardens. The multi-venue hire package at Kew Gardens is ideal for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships for up to 200 guests. The package consists of using the exquisite Nash Conservatory for the ceremony, with the option of the outdoor Nash lawn space or the Princess of Wales Conservatory for the drinks reception, before moving onto the impressive Orangery for the dinner and dance. The Nash Conservatory, moved brick by brick from Buckingham Palace to Kew by Kind William IV, is a beautiful 19th Century glass house. Licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 200 guests, it is a stunning, versatile space filled with natural light. For guests who are not hosting their wedding ceremony within the Gardens, the Nash Conservatory can be used as another option for a drinks reception space before moving onto the Orangery for an evening dinner and dance. For a truly unique experience a canape drinks reception can be held in the Princess of Wales Conservatory, famed for its rare orchids and free roaming Chinese Water Dragons. The magnificent eighteenth century Orangery is one of Kew's most striking venues that is ideal for evening wedding receptions of up to 200 for a dinner dance. With high ceilings and grand arched windows, the Orangery overlooks its own private terrace and lawn.
