This Hallmark Hotel has 11 flexible meeting rooms. The largest is the Welcombe Suite; hire it for champagne receptions for 250, theatre style conferences for 200, or banquets for 150. The Open Championship Suite accommodates 200 in theatre style or for drinks, and 120 for a banquet. This huge room can be divided into 3 separate rooms with capacity for 40 in each; all open onto the terrace, giving you fantastic opportunities for break outs and refreshments when the sun is shining. The Nestfield Suite also has doors to the gardens and holds 120 guests for drinks or in theatre style, and 80 for dinner. There are spacious and well-equipped boardrooms for smaller meetings and private dining, and for more intimate lunches and dinners, the Oake Suite is exquisite.

Those vast grounds really come in to play for fun-fuelled team building days, with an 18-hole championship golf course and an exclusive football pitch; the venue works with professional partners to offer activities like Segways, clay pigeon shooting, off-road driving, and archery.
