The Self Catering Package includes the following:
Bristol Suite room hire from noon until midnight
Two supervisors to advise caterers and turnaround times, 1 waiting staff
per 2 tables
3 Kitchen staff for Supervision purposes.
Use of your own Private Bar facilities, corkage will be charged if you require to bring your own soft drinks, spirits, wines, Champagnes, sparkling wines & bottled beer.
Additional staff can be hired from the hotel for £12.50 per hour per staff member.
Minimum staff booking is 10 staff and they must work a minimum of 4 hours.
