Kempton Park Racecourse
Just 16 miles from central London, Kempton Park Racecourse is set in 400 acres of glorious parkland not far from the M3. With a capacity of 750 people, this is a dead cert for weddings and private celebrations and for business meetings and events including exhibitions, product launches, conferences, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, and corporate parties.
There are 7 purpose-built event spaces to choose from, all with amazing views over the racecourse. The Exhibition Hall has full vehicle access, kitchen facilities and bars; think of it as a blank canvas for events for up to 750 people. The Premier Suite holds 500 delegates in theatre style, 360 in cabaret layout or 320 for a banquet, whilst the Clubhouse Main Suite has capacity for 275 folk for drinks, 200 in theatre style and 160 dining.
In the Desert Orchid Suite there’s room for 150 theatre style, 100 in classroom arrangement and 38 for a board meeting; the slightly smaller Nigel Clark Suite holds 110 theatre style and dining and again, 38 in boardroom layout. Then there’s The Royal Box, where the Queen watches the racing at Kempton Park; it holds 50 for drinks or a conference, and 40 dining.
You will have free wifi, cutting edge AV equipment, award winning catering and a dedicated event manager to help plan and run things. There is no shortage of syndicate rooms or breakout space, nor room for exciting team building events like duck herding and It’s A Knockout.
