Bath Racecourse

Now here’s a hot tip! Set in the glorious Somerset countryside, Bath Racecourse has amazing newly built conferencing facilities overlooking the course and with views out over the city. With capacity for up to 500 people, this is a great venue for weddings and any other private bash, but also a unique place to hold your conference or business meeting.

The purpose built three storey Langridge Stand has integrated audiovisual technology and complimentary wifi. There are six light and airy event spaces to choose from, plus executive boxes which can seat 40 in theatre or cabaret style or 12 for a board meeting.

The Paddock Pavilion comes in first with a capacity for 500 in theatre style and 250 in cabaret layout, with a close second being The Royal Crescent, with plenty of room for 300 in theatre style and in cabaret, 150. Staying in theatre style, The Castle & Bell accommodates 110 delegates, whilst the Mornington and Owners & Trainers both seat 100, with the Beaufort last, but not least, with capacity for 70. All very good spaces for a conference, awards presentation, exhibition, reception or banquet, training session or smaller, more discreet executive meeting around a board table.

The Beckford and the 1881 Bar are particularly good spaces for private dinners for up to 70 guests and receptions for up to 100. For breakout space there’s a fabulous private roof garden, and of course, there’s heaps of outdoor space with outstanding country views, for exciting team building events – try the West Country Olympics for some guaranteed ice breaking.
