Solberge Hall is an elegant Georgian Mansion set in glorious Yorkshire countryside. A wonderful combination of classic and contemporary styling, this is a marvellous venue for business and private events alike.
With capacity for up to 250 delegates, the Hambleton Suite is a purpose-built conference room with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and outstanding views. It can be divided into two smaller spaces to accommodate smaller business meetings or private dining. The recently completed Silks Conference Suite seats a maximum of 120 people, whilst the stylish elegance of the Drawing Room is great for smaller events. DDP’s include LCD projector and screen, stationery, snacks and lunches, and there is a dedicated events team to ensure your corporate function runs without a hitch.
Solberge Hall is where that dream wedding becomes reality, with the beautiful gardens and countryside beyond providing the perfect setting for photographs on your big day. The hotel holds a license for civil ceremonies, and you can opt to take your vows in the idyllic setting of the Garden Pavilion. With the beautiful function rooms holding up to 250 guests, there is a Wedding and Events Manager at hand to attend to every little detail, and wedding packages include red carpet on arrival, a choice of menus, evening DJ and overnight use of the bridal suite for the happy couple. Not just for weddings though, this a super venue for any kind of private event – birthday parties, christenings, retirement dinners, whatever you wish to celebrate can be accommodated.
The 24 stylishly relaxing bedrooms are all in keeping with the elegant Georgian ambience of Solberge Hall, and have flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee making facilities.
The hotel has an excellent reputation for food, with a superb three course meal available in the Garden Room Brasserie, or lighter meals in the Lounge. And what a perfect location for afternoon tea!
