At 418 square metres, The Earls Suite is the largest space, with its own entrance and foyer, private bar, cloakrooms and restrooms; there’s capacity for 570 delegates in theatre style, 550 for a networking reception, or 400 for a banquet. This suite can be partitioned into two smaller rooms, each holding 270 guests in theatre style and for a drinks reception, or 180 for dinner.
The Caslon Suite is also a big space at 200 square metres and holding 250 people in theatre and reception style, or 190 for a gala dinner. Going down in size, the Sir Henry Newbolt and the Walter Hackett rooms accommodate 100 delegates in theatre style, 110 for a reception and 80 for dinner.
For smaller meetings or breakout space, the Dixon seats 30 executives in theatre style, and 20 in U-shape or boardroom layout, and 4 further rooms seat a maximum of 25 in theatre style, 12 for a board meeting, or are the perfect space for intimate receptions for 14 guests.
As you’d expect, there’s complimentary hi-speed wifi throughout the hotel, top-notch audio-visual equipment and a professional meetings team on hand to ensure that your event runs without a hitch.
