Waterfront Southport Hotel has 5 fantastic and very flexible event rooms, with Room having capacity for 300 people in theatre style, 220 for drinks and 150 dining. The Hesketh Suite can host a conference or networking reception for 80 guests, and it can be divided for smaller events. The Green Room is ideal for events up to 30, with a 98" touch screen, BluRay, and a PS4, it's perfect for films and get togethers. The Executive Suite is a similar size with space for 24 in boardroom or U-shape arrangement. The hotel also has an adjoining conference centre with a capacity of up to 1600 delegates.

As with any venue that’s been subject to such a huge overhaul, you can expect well designed event spaces with natural daylight, cutting-edge audio-visual technology and high speed wifi. You’ll be in the safe hands of a designated Conference Host from the planning stages right through to the grand finale, and you’re guaranteed mouth-watering food to suit your event from a talented in-house team of chefs. Overnight delegates ought to sleep soundly in any of the 131 sumptuous luxury bedrooms and two Penthouses, and no doubt they’ll make the most of the bar and lounge area for post conference relaxation. There’s an in-house Waterfront Marina Restaurant which offers creative, delicious and locally sourced food which overlooks the Marine Lake, and an on-site roof garden which is stunning for pre-dinner cocktails.

Waterfront Southport Hotel is less than an hour from Liverpool and John Lennon Airport, and just a ten minute stroll from the nearest train station. There is secure parking at the hotel.
