The bigger rooms are unbeatable for larger conferences, presentations, awards ceremonies and gala dinners, and the smaller rooms are superb for all manner of executive meetings, seminars and training sessions. Combined, the Windsor & Georgian Rooms have a capacity for up to 400 people in theatre style and 300 for a banquet; alone, the Windsor can accommodate 240 delegates at a theatre style conference and 190 for a gala dinner, and the Georgian, 80 and 72 guests in the same layouts. The Balmoral, and the Sandringham Rooms seat 80 people in theatre style and 70-72 for dinner, or 30 in U-shape. For those more discreet board or syndicate meetings, the Blenheim Boardroom and the Chatsworth & Hampton Rooms combined seat 16 executives; the Hampton and Holyrood seat 10, the Chatsworth 8, and the Warwick 6.
The 108 en suite guest bedrooms are finished in sumptuous Georgian style; beds are inviting, with Egyptian cotton bed linen; there are flat screen TVs, a mini bar, and luxury toiletries and bathrobes. The suites are something else – your delegates won’t want to go home!
Castle Hotel Windsor has charged parking, and Windsor train station is a short stroll away. London Heathrow Airport is just under 12 miles distant, whilst London City and London Gatwick Airports are both within an hour’s reach.
