Wincanton Racecourse has smaller seminar style rooms for 5-20 delegates and conference suites to cater up to 200 guests. Any event from team building, training, meetings and interviews can be held here. A bespoke service awaits you with a team of events staff ready to assist you with every detail. Packages and Day Delegate rates are available and include room hire, stationary, state of the art equipment hire, snacks and beverages. First class catering is also available to create a menu specific to your needs.

The racecourse is accessed easily by road, located just off the A303 and the nearest train station is less than 10 minutes in a taxi at Templecombe. The nearest airport is Henstridge, 7 miles south of Wincanton. Larger, national airports closest to the racecourse are Bristol, Bournemouth and Exeter. It even has a helipad for anyone arriving by helicopter!
