So, straight on to the event space! The Dubai Duty Free Grandstand holds 1,000 delegates in theatre style or for a reception on the ground floor and 550 on the second floor. For a banquet that’s 700 and 550 respectively, and for a dinner-dance it’s 650 and 500. The first floor can accommodate 500 folk for dinner and 550 for drinks.

In the Berkshire Stand the ground floor 500 guests standing, 270 for dinner and 250 theatre style, whilst on the first floor The Paddock View and The Long Room both hold 200 for drinks, 100/180 for dinner and 120 in theatre style. The second floor has two rooms that can accommodate maximum numbers of 40-80 in theatre style and for dinner but combined the capacity increases to 100 and 120 in the same configurations. On the third floor, hire the Champion room for receptions for 120 or conferences for 100; Room 15-18 holds 100 and 60 in the same layout or 30 for a board meeting, and there are Syndicate rooms for 10-50 people.

The Hampshire Stand is another good one for larger events, with capacity for 550 guests in reception style on the ground floor, and 300 on the first floor. The Hennessy Room on the second floor also holds 300 for drinks, and for theatre style conferences, or 200 for a dinner dance. The Owners Club is ideal for buffets for up to 250, presentations for 240, dinners for 200, and dinner-dances for 170, and the Royal Box has a top capacity of 80 standing or 50 sat down.
